We had a very small room - but to the hotel defence we booked last minute as we spontaneously decided to stay for one more day and it was the last hotel available within the reasonable price range (about 200eur)

Room & lobby were a bit worn with air-conditioning being only adequate. Light fixture next to our bed was hanging off the wall upside down. Lobby was shabby looking with pamphlets & travel material scattered all over the table. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast was adequate...great location .

Federico ensure every requests we made was dealt promptly and efficiently. The hotel has no lift, however staff were happy to assist with our luggages. Water bus (vaporetto) and gondolas are just outside the hotel.
